Whether you have just delivered your baby and are still in the hospital or have returned home with your newborn, it’s never too late to make an adoption plan. As the reality of parenting settles in, you might feel overwhelmed and anxious. It is completely understandable. Take all the time you need.

You Can Still Choose Adoption

There are many reasons why women choose to place their child for adoption after giving birth. Perhaps you were unaware of how much time and energy caring for a newborn takes. Or people who said they would help haven’t been as reliable as you hoped.

You may have other children you are caring for and thought adding one more wouldn’t be so difficult, but the reality of another child is more than you can handle. Sometimes, babies are born with unseen health issues, and it’s more than you were physically, and emotionally prepared for.

All of these are legitimate reasons to consider adoption. You love your baby and want the best for them. If you cannot provide the care they need, we promise another wonderful family is ready and waiting.

You Receive Our Services for Free

When it comes to placing your child for adoption, you still receive many of the same services we provide an expectant mother. Here are some services we offer you:

Adoption Planning

We can assist you with adoption planning while you are still at the hospital or meet at another location. You can look at our available families and select the one that matches your requirements. We will contact them and help you determine when you want them to meet you and your baby.

Legal Assistance

Adoption requires legal representation for you and your baby.

Counseling

You and your family receive ongoing counseling regarding adoption. We never force or manipulate you. When it comes time to make the final decision, you will have all the information you need to determine if placing your child for adoption is right for you.

Post-adoption Counseling and Support Groups

We continue to provide post-adoption counseling, care, and support. We will also connect you to Birth Parent Support Groups and community services that provide additional help. If you need housing, food, or other necessities, we offer referrals and assistance.
