How to Register and Use the Platform
Birth Mother Registration
- Visit /birth-mother-form and fill in your details.
- Submit the form. You will receive an email with a verification link.
- Click the verification link in the email to verify your account.
- After verification, you’ll be logged in and redirected back to the site where you registered.
- You can now browse available families at /search-families.
- You can favorite families (they’ll appear at the bottom of the page) and request a meeting by visiting a family's profile page.
Agency Registration
- Navigate to https://app.christianadoptions.org/login.
- Click on Create an Account and choose the Adoption Agency role.
- After verification via email, go to https://app.christianadoptions.org/agency to start your application.
- Once approved, login to manage your profile and submissions.
Waiting Family Registration
- Navigate to https://app.christianadoptions.org/login.
- Create an account and select Waiting Family role (optionally select agency).
- Verify your email, then go to https://app.christianadoptions.org/waiting-families.
- Click Start Online Application to begin. Complete the process at
/waiting-families/apply. - After admin approval, login with your credentials to manage your profile.

Please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still not found, try resubmitting your registration or contact support.
Can I register as both a Waiting Family and an Agency?
No, each account is tied to a specific role. You must create separate accounts if you represent both roles.
How long does it take for admin approval?
Approval time varies, but typically within 1–3 business days. You will be notified by email once approved.
